Join Miriam of Postive Psychology & Rosalind from Netwalking South West for this walk for wellbeing in the grounds of Ashton Court.

Gathering from 10.00am at Ashton Court Stables Cafe

(back of the Mansion House by the car park) and leaving at 10.30 prompt.

As we walk & talk we will explore the New Economic Foundations 5 Ways to Wellbeing, Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.

We will also, as Miriam says on her website,  "We will consider what makes us happy? What are the ingredients of a good life, our strengths & talents? How to increase well-being, play to our strengths and thrive in our personal and professional lives?  Positive psychology studies all of these elements, which can be summed up as what it takes for us to feel good and function well so that we flourish."
